This Privacy Policy explains how the GPT Exporter website at gpt-exporter.com processes information when you visit the site, download files, view documentation, use the public demo pages, or interact with website features.
This section applies to the website only. Separate terms may apply to the Windows desktop application and Android application.
Who operates this website
This website is operated under the GPT Exporter project.

What this website does
The GPT Exporter website provides product information, documentation, FAQ pages, software download pages, a public website demo, a donation page, and internal private administration/statistics pages not intended for public use.
The site does not currently provide public user accounts, newsletter signup, comment systems, or public contact forms.
Information we process
When you visit the website, we may process technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, improve, and measure the website.
This may include:
IP address
request path and URL query string
HTTP method and response status
referrer URL
source attribution data
browser name and version
operating system name and version
device type
user agent string
accepted language header
country code derived from network or proxy headers

basic technical request metadata
Cookies and similar technologies
The website currently uses cookies that support analytics, source attribution, and session functionality.
Known cookies currently used by the website include:
gptx_vid — a visitor identifier cookie used for website statistics and visit recognition
gptx_src — a source attribution cookie used to remember inbound source information such as campaign or referral source
standard PHP session cookies for internal session handling where needed
Source and referral tracking
The website may record how visitors arrive at the site. This may include the src query parameter, utm_source query parameter, HTTP referrer, and previously stored source cookie value.
Download analytics
When a user downloads software or related files from the website, the website may record technical information associated with that download event, including the requested file, download metadata, and request context.
This is used for measuring download activity, understanding which files are used most, abuse prevention, operational troubleshooting, and basic release and distribution statistics.
Public demo pages
The public demo is intended to show how GPT Exporter works.
Based on the current site implementation:
the public demo does not perform real export execution
the public demo loads demo assets from same-origin website resources
the public demo does not upload user chat data to third parties
the local viewer demo uses local website demo files and same-origin fetch requests only
Donations
The website includes a donation page with public cryptocurrency wallet addresses.
If you choose to donate through a blockchain network, your transaction may be publicly visible on that blockchain according to the rules of that network. GPT Exporter does not control blockchain visibility and does not provide anonymity guarantees for blockchain transactions.
The website does not currently process donations through Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, or similar payment processors on the pages described in this Privacy Policy.

Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share or expose limited information with hosting, infrastructure, CDN, proxy, or security service providers that are necessary to operate the website, with analytics or traffic-handling infrastructure used to operate the site, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the rights, security, systems, or operations of GPT Exporter or its users.
The site is currently operated behind Cloudflare, and some technical traffic data may be processed by Cloudflare as part of proxying, caching, security, or related network services.
Data retention
We retain website-related data for as long as reasonably necessary for website operation, download statistics, security monitoring, abuse prevention, internal analytics, legal compliance, backup and recovery, and internal audit needs.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect website data, including request validation, security-oriented HTTP headers, restricted access to internal files, restricted access to private admin/statistics areas, session controls for admin access, database-backed audit logging for admin actions, controlled file delivery logic for downloads, CSP and related browser security controls, and transport security measures where HTTPS is used.
No website, server, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
International data handling
The website may be accessed internationally. Website-related data may be processed in countries where hosting, infrastructure, CDN, security, or technical service providers operate.
Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
